I am a man who suffers from Diabetic Neuropathy in my lower extremities and especially my feet. My daughter got this Shiatsu Foot & Calf Massager With Heat for Christmas of 22, It performed outstandingly until roughly three months ago, when it stopped. I can no longer even get it to turn on. I do know this though because of my neuropathy I lose many nights sleep. When I used the Foot Massager it gave me about 90-95% relief consequently allowing me to sleep. I sure hope that there is a way of getting this repaired or replaced without costing me 100% the total price of replacement. I'm 77 on a tight fixed income and looking for some help.
I bought Shiatsu Foot Massager with heat from a local store. When I got it home, it would not work at all. I contacted their support. They told me the store that I bought from was not an authorized seller so they would not honor the warranty nor did they offer me any options for a repair to the device. As a customer, how the heck are you supposed to know who is and who isn't an authorized seller? And to have no means for a customer to get a repair or a part for their product is just poor business. Buyer beware. I would never purchase from this company again even if it was one of their authorized sellers. They clearly are unconcerned about customer satisfaction. And the problem with my device appears to be a bad switch panel which I would have paid for and replaced myself had I been offered that option. But instead I got a big FU.

This massager is great. It appears to be specifically designed for legs, but it works well for feet too. I love it. There's nothing like getting a half hour massager after a long and stressful day.
Bought these to supply power to Selore docking stations, which then provide power to a connected laptop. Works as expected on laptops which require <100Watts.
