The Fabric over the rollers wore through in short order. I have other units that I have used for years, and that never happened before and That part is not replaceable. But I did buy insurance from Qsurion through Amazon and That has been a whole trip of it's own, been back and forth since November of 2021. And that was after the unit was shipped to them so now I have nothing. At this point I'm not recommending them either. There may be some good outfits to deal with on that insurance thing, but that's not one of them. Overall, one big pain in the you know what.UPDATE 1/14/2022, insurance finally did refund the purchase price of the unit. Be patient and persistent. It took me 3 months.UPDATE 2/1/2022, I was contacted by quality control at Nekteck, concerned about the issues I had with their product. I was out of the deal all together and my money refunded, but he wanted to get an opinion of the updated model of the product from someone that had issues, me. I agreed to put the update through the paces so he sent me a new model. Out of the box it was obviously different as the power was direct 110 volts instead of DC transformer. Runs well with a little less power consumption according to the data tag. Noticed additionally that the heat on the rollers is a bit better and I do like that. Smooth and quiet, looks like a good one. As for the wear factor on the fabric we will have to wait and see in a few months to get that fifth star. But for now I would say they got a good one.
