For any reason, you may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a FULL REFUND. If the reason for the return is not related to quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Return shipping costs may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment method used. For returns due to quality-related issues, we will cover the return shipping cost, provided the issue is reported within the 1-year warranty period.
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return; however, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. We only cover return shipping costs for verified quality-related issues.
- For items purchased by mistake or for reasons unrelated to product quality, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
