My massager is not working or turning on

  • Try to plug the unit to another working outlet (multiple outlets if possible)
  • Ask the customer if the light indicator on the AC adapter lights up or not (if it lights up, massager is possibly defective. If it doesn't light up, AC adapter is possibly defective)
  • Please make sure that the power cord is properly seated or firmly inserted to the unit's power port, sometimes loose connection can also cause the issue.

Is it cordless?

Heat is not working.

Please ask the customer to check if he/she pressed the correct button for heat.
Please check if the infrared light on the massage balls is working. If it is glowing then the heat should also work.

Customer cannot feel the warmness or heat even the infrared lights on the massage balls are working

Please explain to the customer that it may take 5-10 mins to feel the heat from the infrared light. If their heat tolerance is high, they may feel that it is still not enough so we suggest that they wait further and AVOID wearing thick clothes while using the massager. Thick clothes will hinder the warmness from the infrared light.
Infrared light product WARM heat only LIGHT heat for safety reason as some skins are more sensitive to heat. Heat function or intensity cannot be adjusted.

Why is the unit not turning on?

Please check if the main power switch which is located at the top underside of the massager is turned on before pressing the selector/heat button on the front.
Note that sometimes customer don't notice the power switch and they just keep pressing the large button on the bottom side. Switch should be on first.
NOTE: This massager has 2 buttons to operate.

I can barely feel the heat. Is it defective?

Please know that this massager is designed with infrared heat only. This means it only gives off very mild heat for safety purposes. It is also noticeable within 5-10 minutes of use. Ask the customer if he can try to use the massager for this long and still doesn't feel any hint of heat or warmth. If not, ask the customer to return (if the order is new) for a replacement.

Up to what size does this massager can accommodate?

The largest size this massager can accommodate is up to 12 inches long

Will it work 220-240v?

No, it only works with 120v

Can I stand on the massager?

No, it is not advisable to stand on the massager as it can damage the motor inside that may lead to product malfunction.

For how long should I use the massager?

We recommend to only use the massager for as long as 20 minutes at a time to avoid overusing the product and causing you pain. This massager is designed for deep massage and using it for too long may be painful.

Are there any restrictions on using the massager with medical conditions?

If you have health conditions, it is always best to consult your doctor first before using the product to know whether it is safe to use it or not.

Please try to use a towel or cloth in between your body and the massager to lessen the pressure.

The temperature of the heating device is not high enough.

Slowly heating is safer to care for your feet. You can try to change a pair of thinner socks, or just go barefoot to enjoy it, which will make you feel the heat faster.

The high setting of air compression is too strong and very uncomfortable, It is painful and uncomfortable to use

Is this noisy - what kind e.g low whine or clicks? can it be used while watching tv without increase tv volume up too much? annoying to others a lot?

It's relative - if you're using it in an otherwise quiet environment, you will hear it, it's not particularly noisy or unpleasant，if using it in a room where there's already some ambient noise (like my air conditioner, or the TV), actually don't really notice it at all.

Would my phone fast charge (dash charge) if i plug my oneplus 5 phone into the usb-c port using an type a to type c adapter on my op5 charging cable?

I'm unfamiliar with that cable but the throughput on the type-A port is much lower than the type-C port on the adapter so to be safe, I would say no. Technically the throughput of the -A port is high enough to support fast-charging but I don't know of any type-A to -C cables that can handle that kind of throughput.
On the bright side, there is a type-C to -C cable included with this adapter so you wouldn't even need the type-A to -C cable if you use the one they provide (and that one does support fast-charging).

Will this charge a 2017 13 inch macbook pro? the spec for that says 60 watts, wondering if anyone has used this to charge at a slower rate?

Yes, but not full speed.

Will this work for my MacBook Pro 13-inch?

Yes it will work with MacBook Pro and any USB C PD enabled laptops that can be charged with an output of up to 45W.

The note 20 ultra does not support 45w charging. It is capped at around 24 or 25w. So it will charge it at the phones max charging speed.

Do these turn on by themselves when it gets dark?

Yes, once the sunlight hits the solar panel, it goes off. When it gets dark the light will come on automatically. Battery inside the lights are charged by the sunlight which keeps them Illuminated at night.

This is a 19.8V panel. You need a solar charge controller. Solar panels have a 80% expected efficiency and a 20% loss for different factors. Based on that it will work for a 12V battery but it will not know when to stop charging on a good sunny day. Left without a solar charge controller it can kill your battery. Play it safe. Get a mppt solar charge controller and fuse the positive leg with a 5a in line fuse.
