Exactly what I needed to replace the one I misplaced!
This device is much smaller than the older model. It flips over when trying to use it on your back and the button to change the direction of the massagers doesn't work properly. I liked the larger model better.
This smaller one does not function well at all. Please bring back the larger model.
Order was never delivered to my home. USPS claimed it was and Nekteck sided with them and would not replace or fully refund my order, only received 50% refund. Was really looking forward to having this product.
I recently purchased the neck massager when I got it in the mail it was wrapped up in duct tape not even in a second mailing box. It looked used and is missing all the cables I’ve emailed them several times in the past week and nobody has yet replied back to me.
