What is your 30-day guarantee?
Yes! For any reason, you may return your undamaged product and its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a FULL REFUND.
Note: If the return is not related to a quality issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
What happens if my product has a quality issue within the first year?
We’ve got you covered. For any quality-related issues within 12 months of purchase, we will provide a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND, including all return shipping costs.
Important: If we provide you with a return shipping label, it must be used within 7 days.
How are quality issues handled if I am outside the country of purchase?
We will still take care of quality-related issues with a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT. However, international shipping costs must be covered by the customer. If the item physically cannot be returned to us, we will offer a 50% REFUND.
What if my order was shipped internationally from the USA and has an issue?
If your order was originally shipped internationally/overseas from the USA, we will fully cover all quality-related issues with a FULL REFUND, including any return shipping costs.

What is the estimated shipping time after order placement?
Most products will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the date you place the order (unless it is noted on the product page). We will send you tracking information as soon as possible. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 working days after ordering, please feel free to e-mail ( support@nekteck.com ) with our contact . If the item title shows pre-ordered products in your country/region, your order is pre-ordered. Pre-orders will be shipped within 20 days.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We provide fast shipping through FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other express companies.
After processing the order, please wait 3 to 15 working days for the product to arrive in your hands.
If your tracking number has not been updated within 5 days, please contact us to check.

Returns
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@nekteck.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For returns related to quality issues or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost, provided the issue is reported within the 1-year warranty period, and the item is confirmed to be defective.
For returns due to customer dissatisfaction, items purchased by mistake, or reasons not related to product defects, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns for customer dissatisfaction must still be initiated within the 30-day return window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right for you.
How do I exchange an item for a different size or color?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
When will I receive my refund, and where will it be sent?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
