Note: Use of this site, any mobile version of nekteck’s websites, and mobile applications requires consumers to arbitrate certain disputes and claims with us and limit the manner in which you can seek relief from us. Please refer to the arbitration policy in the terms of use. The terms also contain a class action waiver.

By using your Nekteck product, you are agreeing to be bound by the warranty below. If you do not agree to the warranty terms, do not use the product and return it within the return period stated in Nekteck’s return policy.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your undamaged product and its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a FULL REFUND for any reason.

  1. Non-Quality Related Returns: If the return is not related to product quality (e.g., purchased by mistake, changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  2. Quality-Related Returns: If the return is due to a verified quality-related issue, Nekteck will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Limited Product Warranty

Nekteck warrants to original purchasers in the United States and Canada that your new Nekteck products contained in the original packaging shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in a home environment during the Warranty Period.

3. Warranty Claims & Shipping Policy

For any verified quality-related issue, Nekteck will provide a REPLACEMENT or a FULL REFUND.

  • Return Shipping: Nekteck covers return shipping costs for all verified quality-related issues, provided the issue is reported within the 1-year warranty period.
  • Shipping Labels: If a shipping label is provided, it must be used within 7 days.
  • Variances: Please note that return shipping cost calculations may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment method.

4. International Policy

We are committed to supporting our customers regardless of location.

  • Orders Shipped Internationally (Overseas from USA): For verified quality-related issues, we will provide a FULL REFUND and cover all return shipping costs.
  • Requests from Outside Country of Purchase: (1)For verified quality-related issues, we will provide a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT. (2)International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (3)If the item cannot be returned, we will offer a 50% REFUND.

5. Important Scope & Eligibility

  • Authorized Sellers Only: We only honor the warranty for products purchased from our official website/store or from our authorized sellers on various marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
  • Unauthorized Sellers: Any purchase made from an unauthorized seller does not qualify for our warranty or insurance offers.
