Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for return or refund under this policy. If your product has a defect outside the return window, please contact us regarding warranty support.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
  • Be purchased directly from Nekteck.com
  • Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
  • Be returned in its original condition
  • Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included parts
  • Include proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email
Nekteck reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of:
  • Excessive use
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Missing parts, accessories, or packaging not caused by Nekteck

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, Nekteck will cover the return shipping cost. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.

If the return is for personal reasons

If you want to return an item for reasons unrelated to a product defect — for example:
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You no longer want the item
  • The item did not meet your personal expectations
  • You changed your mind after purchase
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Nekteck’s error or a verified product issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items not purchased directly from Nekteck.com
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items missing major components or accessories for reasons not caused by Nekteck

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nekteck.com and include:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • Photos of the outer packaging, if applicable
Once we review your request, we will provide the next steps as quickly as possible.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nekteck.com with:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos, if the item is damaged or defective
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

7. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
- The exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, we may deny the refund or issue only a partial refund where appropriate.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:
  1. Request a return for the original item, if eligible
  2. Place a new order separately for the item you want
This helps ensure the fastest processing and product availability.

9. Orders Purchased from Other Retailers

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from Nekteck.com.
If you purchased your Nekteck product from a third-party retailer or marketplace, such as Amazon, Walmart, Costco, or another authorized seller, please contact that seller directly and follow their return policy.

10. Warranty Support

If your item is not eligible for return but you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@nekteck.com for warranty assistance.
Warranty coverage, where applicable, is subject to the terms of Nekteck’s Warranty Policy.
