ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we've received both your order and payment. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you have not received the order confirmation. When we receive your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and ready to ship. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to ask if you want to wait for the product to be listed or refund. If the product can be shipped immediately (3-5 working days), we will submit the order for processing and arrange for delivery.   If the item title shows pre-ordered products in your country/region, your order is pre-ordered. The order will be shipped within two weeks after placing the order.

ORDER SHIPPING

Most products will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the date you place the order (unless it is noted on the product page). We will send you tracking information as soon as possible. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 working days after ordering, please feel free to e-mail ( support@nekteck.com ) with our contact . If the item title shows pre-ordered products in your country/region, your order is pre-ordered. Pre-orders will be shipped within 20 days.

After processing the order, please wait 3 to 15 working days for the product to arrive in your hands.
