Was hoping to be able to call support about a system but they do not want to talk to you they force you to do email. Horrible choice to order still have not received any response to two emails nor have I received the package. How can you care about your customers and not read and respond to the emails that you pigeon hold them to communicate to you with
I'm sad the original product (I got before) that is posted in the website was different now from what I got. I initially ordered twice in amazon and returned those,and decided to directly order it from Neck Tech but it was similar with Amazon ( however lower price in Amazon). I thought I will get the original Neck Tech I got before=(
Before purchasing I made sure it said it was a compatible adapter and it was not. It would not connect to the neck massage, the opening was too small
