What should I do if I feel the massage strength is too weak or too strong?
There are 4 levels of massage intensity available. Please select the intensity that suits you. If you still feel it's too strong at the lowest setting, please stop using the device and consult your doctor before your next use.
Under what circumstances should I not use it?
During pregnancy or immediately after giving birth. Patients with severe blood circulation disorders are not advised to use the product under the above circumstances.

How many times can I use it in a day?
The massager will automatically shut down after 30 minutes of continuous use. We do not recommend using a massager for more than 40 minutes a day. Prolonged use will over-stimulate muscles and nerves and may have adverse effects.
Why does the control unit make a sound?
The sound comes from the working air pump in the control unit, providing air continuously to the airbags in the sleeves. It's a low sound, and that's a normal phenomenon
