Yes, this neck massager will automatic transfer clockwise and counterclockwise (1 minute), you can also change the direction by pressing the direction button.

No, it's cordless, you need to plug the adarpter for use.

My massager is not working or turning on

Try to plug the unit to another working outlet (multiple outlets if possible)

Ask the customer if the light indicator on the AC adapter lights up or not (if it lights up, massager is possibly defective. If it doesn't light up, AC adapter is possibly defective)

To confirm this, ask to try the car adapter. If it works, then send a replacement AC wall adapter. If it still doesn't work, ask for a video recording showing the issue (if possible especially for new orders)

Downgrade materials?

This massager and bag seems to be made of a lower quality material than the previous ones I've purchased from this company. Very unimpressed with the material the bag's made of and the material that the massager is made of. I had a much better quality back massager the two different ones I've purchased from this company. Other than that it seems to be operating fine. I definitely prefer the more luxury material that the items were made out of before the downgrade. Definitely disappointed by that.

Deeply Uncomfortable, unresponsive customer service

The massager was really bad. The rollers are too pronounced, so they dig too deeply, and they're too close together, so they press on your spine when you use it on your back or neck. I'm only 5'4", so I can't imagine who this is designed for, that would be small enough to use it comfortably.

When I emailed the company to try and initiate a return, they never responded to my inquiry.

Don't waste your money, because you definitely won't be getting it back.

Terrible warranty service

I received this product and only after 4 months it broke down I purchased warranty and what the company decided to do is sending a non existent cheaper version of what I paid for then lie about not having this version which is very much still available and linked. Instead they send me a cheaper replacement

Adapter doesn’t work…hardly used

My daughter gave this to me for my birthday. I tried it out for a day and then put it back in the box. When I pulled it out of the box yesterday, it would not work when plugging in. I tried the car adapter and it did work. I have only used this a couple of times. I needed a neck massage last night and found that it was in operable. The model number is. LMS-801
