I love the product. Not sure why my purchases for Christmas presents were delayed. I don’t want anything for free, but three of my Christmas presents were delayed by over a month. I was asked about canceling or continuing of the purchase. I like the product and said I wanted to continue; with a new shipment of my purchase. ( additional 3-4 weeks delay). Again, I don’t want anything for free….. maybe a thank you for your loyalty? Perhaps a “here is a catalog of our products. Here’s a $5 coupon on your next purchase” … or maybe a sorry for the inconvenience, maybe a thank you for your loyalty towards our company and our products. Nope just this one hundred and fiftieth please give us a review of how great we did. Take away from my comment/ review: I received your product as a gift. After said, Gift I have purchased three of your products. I have also used, said gift to create six additional product sales for this company. Why do I get continual questions on my satisfaction? Quality of product 5 (out of five) stars. …Quality of marketing analysis and consumer communication 0 (out of 5) stars. That being said, I have take my time to respond to your marketing analysis questions, will you reach out and ask for a more in depth opinion?
