Warm Tips

This massager is designed to deep massage and may be painful for those who are not used to it. Because of this, we recommend putting a towel in between the massager and your body for a better experience of the product.
This massager is not suitable for people with heart disease, cerebral thrombosis, joint replacement and other major diseases as well as small skeleton, If unsure, please consult your doctor first before using/purchasing the unit.
It's NOT cordless. The Power adapter is UL listed and compatible with wide voltage (110-240V, 60Hz).
If the connection seems loose, Please try to push the connector a little further with force.

My massager is not working or turning on

Try to plug the unit to another working outlet (multiple outlets if possible)

Ask the customer if the light indicator on the AC adapter lights up or not (if it lights up, massager is possibly defective. If it doesn't light up, AC adapter is possibly defective)

Please make sure that the power cord is properly seated or firmly inserted to the unit's power port, sometimes loose connection can also cause the issue.

To confirm this, ask to try the car adapter. If it works, then send a replacement AC wall adapter. If it still doesn't work, ask for a video recording showing the issue (if possible especially for new orders)

Is it cordless?

This neck massager is NOT cordless.

How you know when the neck massager is ready when you charge?

Please know this massager is not rechargeable. You can only use it while it is plugged in.

Are the three colors of neck massagers same in shape and size and function?

Yes, they have the same functions and design just different in color.

How long the warranty is?

1 year warranty and life-time support from Nekteck.

Are the arm straps adjustable?

No. The arm straps are not adjustable.

Can you turn off heat function? ( massage without heat)?

Yes you may! There is a separate button for the heat and you can switch if off if you don't want to use this feature.

Does it come with a bag for storage?

No. This massager doesn't come with a bag.

Power adaptor broke. How can I get a new one?

Please contact the seller. If you bought the item from us (Nekteck) and if the unit is still within the warranty, we may just replace the broken power adapter. You can contact us for replacement

Heat is not working.

Please ask the customer to check if he/she pressed the correct button for heat.

Please check if the infrared light on the massage balls is working. If it is glowing then the heat should also work.

Customer cannot feel the warmness or heat even the infrared lights on the massage balls are working

Please explain to the customer that it may take 5-10 mins to feel the heat from the infrared light. If their heat tolerance is high, they may feel that it is still not enough so we suggest that they wait further and AVOID wearing thick clothes while using the massager. Thick clothes will hinder the warmness from the infrared light.

Infrared light product WARM heat only LIGHT heat for safety reason as some skins are more sensitive to heat. Heat function or intensity cannot be adjusted.

Troubleshooting steps

This neck massager is automatic transfer clockwise and counterclockwise (1 minute).

The heat CANNOT be turned on when the massage function is not on.

Terrible warranty service

I received this product and only after 4 months it broke down I purchased warranty and what the company decided to do is sending a non existent cheaper version of what I paid for then lie about not having this version which is very much still available and linked. Instead they send me a cheaper replacement

I love the product. Not sure why my purchases for Christmas presents were delayed. I don’t want anything for free, but three of my Christmas presents were delayed by over a month. I was asked about canceling or continuing of the purchase. I like the product and said I wanted to continue; with a new shipment of my purchase. ( additional 3-4 weeks delay). Again, I don’t want anything for free….. maybe a thank you for your loyalty? Perhaps a “here is a catalog of our products. Here’s a $5 coupon on your next purchase” … or maybe a sorry for the inconvenience, maybe a thank you for your loyalty towards our company and our products. Nope just this one hundred and fiftieth please give us a review of how great we did. Take away from my comment/ review: I received your product as a gift. After said, Gift I have purchased three of your products. I have also used, said gift to create six additional product sales for this company. Why do I get continual questions on my satisfaction? Quality of product 5 (out of five) stars. …Quality of marketing analysis and consumer communication 0 (out of 5) stars. That being said, I have take my time to respond to your marketing analysis questions, will you reach out and ask for a more in depth opinion?
P.S. I remain optimistic.

Adapter doesn’t work…hardly used

My daughter gave this to me for my birthday. I tried it out for a day and then put it back in the box. When I pulled it out of the box yesterday, it would not work when plugging in. I tried the car adapter and it did work. I have only used this a couple of times. I needed a neck massage last night and found that it was in operable. The model number is. LMS-801
