I received a confirmation email when the order was placed. That email stated that another email would be sent when the order shipped. I nwver received a second email. When trying to track my order on the site, it says the package was delivered but I have received nothing.

I'm deeply disappointed in your business of selling the leg and foot massagers because I ordered a set back in July started using them and found I was getting so much relief from them that I wasn't taking the two medications I was put on for the pain. I used them faithful as was directed and was very pleased to have them, until the middle of Nov. when they quit working. Now I tried getting in touch with your customer service dept. and wasn't able to. I finally googled nekteck and was given a number to call which I did only to be informed that they was only a call service hired by you to ward off complaints because you didn't want to . Now that's a terrible way to handle business don't you think. I was wonderfully pleased by your product, told everyone I could about them only to be slapped in the face by you. I feel you owe me a replacement set or my money back because I didn't have them 6 months before they quit working. Companys shouldn't do us their customers that way it causes us to distrust anyone or thing any more. People such as myself living on a fixed income can't afford these deceptions as you should know. I'm sure you wouldn't want your mother treated this bad. Just show some respect and do the right thing by me and replace or refund the item. My number is [****] if you'd like to speak to me . Loved this while it lasted. Bought in late sept 2024 and now has already stopped working.
